MOA is a Durban-based practice led by professional architect Marc Oswell.
Born and raised in Durban, Marc’s passion for architecture was nurtured through his academic pursuits at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
Through his extensive experience working with various architectural firms, Marc developed a diverse skill set, with expertise spanning high-end residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, and hospitality projects. Additionally, his four-year tenure as a lecturer in design and building technology at UKZN further honed his ability to distill complex design principles into clear, actionable insights.
